I cannot be more thankful for what Michael has done for my family and I. This journey the last 6 months has been an unforgettable experience and Michael delivered on all his promises with quality and integrity.

Every obstacle we encountered, Michael assisted in navigating me with different scenarios and ensured that we were getting value for money, in the short and long term. His knowledge of the current market and the process of securing the loan because of our situation was imperative to successful outcome.

Having a background in the planning and construction industry for the last 2 decades, Michael also gave a lot of non-financial advice which gave me peace of mind that our development would be on track, within scope and budget. Michael definitely went over and above with keeping me informed of the progress and was persistent with external parties to ensure we kept within our time frames I had set out from the beginning. From the first phone call I ever made to Michael, he was nothing but helpful and honest. My partner and I came to Michael with some questions about how to get finance for a block of land, before we could even discuss properly, we had picked out a block we knew we wanted and were putting a deposit on it in two weeks time.

From that night Michael was on top of it all requesting everything he needed, and I mean everything just to make sure the bank couldn’t come back with questions or needing more information/documents that would take time that we didn’t have.

Michael got us our pre approval, recommended a great conveyancer he seems to work in with a lot and shortly after gave us the great news we had been unconditionally approved. Michael made what is usually a stressful time for first land/ homeowners, a lot more comforting and our minds at ease knowing he would get it done in time and make sure we got approved.

He come to our house a few times to go over questions we had and made sure we were fully aware of everything that was happening and we were signing, and one last time just recently to sign the final documents. We can’t thank Michael enough for all hard work he done in such a short amount of time. He is very passionate about his job and you can tell he truly wants to help and make sure he looks after his customers. Legend 👍
